Olympic Stationery was formed by nine returned servicemen in 1948. Using their service gratuities, they bought Dunedin stationery firm R Thompson Ltd.
The first post-war Olympics were being held in London at the time, so the group named their new business after the Olympics and created an Olympic flame logo.
Today the Olympic brand represents a wide range of paper based office products, from pads to adding machine rolls.
The range of Olympic products includes:
- Colour paper & board
- Metallic paper
- Flip charts
- Memo cubes
- Adding machine rolls
