1920s

John Dickinson & Co, owners of Croxley, established in New Zealand, bringing its John Dickinson, Lion and Croxley brands

1940s

Following the war, Croxley House is built in Wellington

1978

DRG (Dickinson Robinson Group) establishes Rosebank Road manufacturing facility

Early 1980s

DRG is sold to Spicers and becomes known as Croxley Stationery

1983

Collins and Olympic (Croxleys two largest competitors) merge

1992

Croxley merges with Collins Olympic

1993

Graeme Hart’s Whitcoulls Group purchases Vroxley Collins Olympic

1994

The new company becomes known as Croxley Stationery. All manufacturer is consolidated to Auckland

1996

Blue Star acquires the company

1997

Croxley merges with Dixon

2000

Boise Cascade purchases Blue Star and with it Croxley Stationery.

2005

Enviro-Mark and Environmental Choice accreditation

2008

ECNZ - varying accreditations

2009

Wiri Distribution Centre completed

2009

Enviro-Mark accreditation: Reached Diamond certification

2012

Move to a partnering and distribution focus

2015

Manufacturing operations cease

2016
